Corporate Services Jr. Intern
Job description
- Assist with projects, research, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and events.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain electronic and paper records while ensuring confidentiality.
- Support vendor coordination, purchasing activities, expense reports, and service requests.
- Assist with invoice processing, expense reconciliation, and budget tracking.
- Compile reports, maintain spreadsheets, and prepare presentations for management.
- Respond to internal inquiries and provide customer service to employees and business partners.
- Support talent, compensation, employee engagement, and organizational initiatives as requested.
- Perform other administrative, operational, and project-related duties as assigned to support business objectives.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects supporting Human Resources, General Affairs, and executive leadership while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive business and employee information.
Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical ability.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Customer-service mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Interest in Human Resources, facilities operations, and business administration.
