Position: Marketing Lead
Location: Remote (Pakistan)
Job Type: Full time
Work Schedule: 9:00 am- 5:00 pm (Pacific Standard Time)
Base Salary: PKR 240,000- PKR 300,000 per month
Role Overview
We're looking for a Marketing Lead who can take ownership of growth and help scale our Infrastructure and Proxy business (SquidProxies.com) through creative, data-driven marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a smart, motivated marketer with proven experience driving measurable business results. Someone who can quickly understand our products, identify growth opportunities, and execute strategies that directly impact revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Execution
- Identify, test, and scale new marketing channels that drive qualified leads, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and sales growth.
- Continuously experiment with new marketing opportunities and growth initiatives using a data-driven approach.
- Collaborate closely with leadership to align marketing initiatives with company objectives.
Campaign Management
- Launch and manage marketing campaigns (including Google Ads) across various digital channels.
- Evaluate campaign performance, generate insights, and continuously optimize based on data.
- Oversee creative development ensuring consistent and engaging messaging.
- Collaborate with the team to develop compelling marketing materials.
- Strengthen brand awareness and positioning on various digital platforms.
Market Research & Analytics
- Analyze marketing performance metrics to measure ROI and inform future campaigns.
- Use strong analytical skills to identify growth opportunities, evaluate marketing performance, and support business decisions.
- Research competitors, trends, and emerging marketing opportunities in the tech space.
- Leverage AI tools and marketing automation to improve campaign performance, productivity, and marketing workflows.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Work cross-functionally with different teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Contribute to overall marketing direction and long-term strategy as the team grows.
Requirements
- At least 2+ years of marketing experience.
- Experience working in a tech startup, software, SaaS, or digital products environment.
- Experience managing or optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
- Demonstrated success in growing a business, customer base, or sales pipeline through self-driven marketing initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with digital marketing tools and metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset. Someone who is comfortable both planning and executing campaigns.
- Experience using AI tools or marketing automation tools is highly preferred.
- Highly proactive, curious, and adaptable, with a genuine passion for marketing, experimentation, and continuous learning.
