The Role

As a Customer Support Representative , you will

Provide high-quality customer support in Dutch

Use English for internal communication and documentation

Assist customers via phone, email, or chat

Ensure a positive customer experience by following company guidelines and quality standards

Working Hours

Rotational shifts from Monday to Sunday

Between 08:00 and 00:00

Training & Work Model

Training and nesting period fully on-site for candidates based in Attica

After 90 days , possibility to work from home , based on performance and project metrics

Requirements

Dutch C2 level (mandatory)

English B2 level (mandatory)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Customer-oriented mindset

Ability to work in a shift-based environment

Valid authorization to work in Greece
