About Quander
Quander is building AI automation for enterprise operations, helping companies streamline workflows that currently require manual effort. The platform integrates deeply into existing business processes — from customer onboarding to recurring operational tasks — and deploys fully customized end-to-end solutions within weeks. Early traction includes referral-driven customers and multi-month pilots with leading enterprises; the team is now scaling to add outbound and systemize GTM.
Founded: 2025 | Team size: 1–10 | Stage: Seed Industry: AI Products Website: quander.co Office: San Francisco, CA
Why Candidates Should Join
- Uncapped upside: 10% commission on every contract touched, uncapped — top performers can materially exceed base.
- True founding ownership: First GTM hire; owns the full acquisition + success motion and shapes whether the company scales via front-office closing or back-office operations.
- Early with real traction: Referral-driven customers and multi-month enterprise pilots already in place — building on signal, not from zero.
- Visa-friendly: Sponsorship available and encouraged (H-1B, O-1).
