The Role
We're looking for a founding Head of Marketing to define how the world discovers, understands, and adopts our product.
This is a senior leadership role for someone who has built marketing from 0→1 before and knows how to create demand for consumer products. You’ll bring our brand and product story to life across every customer touchpoint. This is a highly hands-on role for someone who loves building, thrives in ambiguity, and knows how to create momentum before there's an established playbook.
You'll own marketing execution across launches, content, growth initiatives, social, community, partnerships, and customer storytelling. One day you might be developing launch assets for a new feature; the next you might be working with creators, testing acquisition channels, or crafting the narrative for an entirely new product category.
What You'll Do
- Identify opportunities to generate awareness, engagement, and customer demand.
- Execute marketing initiatives across product launches, growth, content, partnerships, social, and community.
- Help develop and refine our product narrative, messaging, and positioning.
- Create compelling content across channels, including social, email, website, launch materials, and product storytelling.
- Partner with senior leadership to test and scale customer acquisition channels.
- Work closely with product, design, and engineering to bring launches and campaigns to market.
- Analyze campaign performance and customer behavior to continuously improve results.
- Talk directly to customers and develop a deep understanding of what resonates.
- Help establish the brand voice and marketing foundation for a category-defining company.
You
- Experience helping build brands, products, or marketing programs from 0→1.
- Excellent storyteller with strong written communication skills.
- Comfortable wearing many hats and moving between strategy and execution.
- Experience across multiple marketing disciplines, such as content, growth, lifecycle, social, partnerships, community, or product marketing.
- Experience working with creators, influencers, or community-led growth programs.
- Strong creative instincts paired with analytical thinking.
- Self-directed, resourceful, and excited by ambiguity.
- High ownership and bias toward action.
Nice to Have
- Experience marketing hardware, consumer electronics, smart home products, or AI-powered products.
- Prior startup experience as an early marketing hire.
- Strong eye for design, brand, and consumer experiences.
- Experience launching products that consumers genuinely love.
