About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Client Sales Manager to join our growing team. This is a fast-paced, high-performance sales role focused on building strong client relationships and onboarding veterinary clinics and hospitals onto our staffing platform.

As an individual contributor, you will play a critical role in expanding our client network, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring veterinary professionals are successfully placed to meet client staffing needs. This position reports directly to the Director of Client Sales and is ideal for an ambitious sales professional who thrives in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories and target markets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients through professional and consistent engagement.

Research market conditions, staffing requirements, geographic preferences, and placement opportunities to maximize veterinarian bookings.

Conduct daily outreach activities through phone calls, emails, social media platforms, and other communication channels.

Accurately document all client interactions and business development activities within the company CRM system.

Collaborate with regional leadership teams to identify areas for growth and execute market expansion strategies.

Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets related to client acquisition and engagement.

Provide regular updates and performance reports to leadership on client acquisition progress and pipeline activity.

Consistently achieve and exceed assigned KPIs and sales performance metrics.

Perform additional duties as required to support business growth objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent tertiary qualification preferred.

Minimum of 5 years' proven sales experience with a track record of consistently exceeding targets.

Demonstrated success in business development, client acquisition, and relationship management.

Experience within the healthcare, veterinary, medical staffing, recruitment, or related industries will be advantageous but is not essential
