We are looking for a Purchasing Assistant Manager to support our procurement operations and help drive cost-efficient purchasing, supplier management, and continuous process improvement.

Job Summary

Support the Purchasing Manager in overseeing procurement operations, vendor management, contract negotiations, and purchasing activities while ensuring cost-effective, timely, and compliant acquisition of goods and services.

Qualifications

Must be willing to work onsite at our Head Office in Magallanes, Makati City .

Preferably residing near Makati or nearby areas.

Available to start ASAP.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

At least 4 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain in a supervisory or similar role.

Strong background in vendor management, strategic sourcing, procurement planning, and contract negotiation.

Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Microsoft Office.

Excellent analytical, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Support procurement strategies and purchasing operations.

Source, evaluate, accredit, and manage supplier performance.

Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms with vendors.

Process purchase requisitions and purchase orders while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Monitor purchase orders, deliveries, and supplier performance.

Identify cost-saving opportunities and maintain accurate purchasing records.

Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
