Responsibilities

  • Partner Strategy & GTM Execution
  • Develop and execute regional partner strategy aligned with company growth priorities
  • Identify, onboard, and enable new partners in priority markets and verticals (e.g., Semiconductor, Electronics, Data Center, Automotive)
  • Drive joint GTM planning with partners including pipeline generation campaigns and account targeting
  • Revenue & Pipeline Management
  • Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue targets
  • Monitor partner pipeline health, deal progression, and forecast accuracy
  • Drive deal registration adoption and governance to protect partner investments
  • Partner Relationship Management
  • Build executive-level relationships with key partner stakeholders
  • Act as the primary escalation point for partner-related issues
  • Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs) to track performance and identify growth opportunities
  • Partner Enablement & Capability Building
  • Ensure partners are equipped with necessary technical, sales, and solution knowledge
  • Coordinate training, certifications, and product updates
  • Drive partner specialization in key solution areas (e.g., RF, EV, AI/Data Center testing)
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with direct sales teams to ensure alignment on account coverage and engagement model
  • Collaborate with marketing on demand generation and partner campaigns
  • Partner with operations on deal registration, pricing, and program compliance
  • Market Intelligence & Coverage Expansion
  • Identify whitespace opportunities across ASEAN markets
  • Provide insights on industry trends, competitor channel strategies, and partner landscape
  • Expand ecosystem including system integrators, distributors, and solution partners

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field
  • 6–8 years of experience in channel/partner sales within technology (e.g., test & measurement, semiconductor, enterprise IT)
  • Strong understanding of indirect sales models (distributors, VARs, system integrators)
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets through partners
  • Experience in managing Southeast Asia countries
