We are seeking a Intelligence Linkage Advisor to support a secure, enterprise-level operational environment. This role focuses on the integration, management, and optimization of data, software applications, and technical systems used to support mission planning and collaboration.

POSITION SUMMARY

We need a senior law-enforcement, counterdrug, or intelligence-linkage advisor who can build practical intelligence and investigative linkages as needed.

This role is focused on improving intelligence sharing, interdiction-to-investigation workflows, and cross-regional counterdrug coordination. The advisor should understand how to help foreign partners turn interdictions, seizures, digital evidence, financial information, vessel information, and other leads into usable investigative intelligence.

Location: Africa, West-Coast locations. Required 6-month.

  • Candidate must be able to deploy for approximately six months, with external coordination as required.
  • Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as criminal justice, security studies, intelligence, international relations, public policy, business, accounting, or a related field.
  • Candidate must have field experience in at least one of the following areas: Law enforcement, Intelligence, Border security, Counter-narcotics, International liaison, Partner-nation advisory work, Transnational organized crime investigations or support.
  • Candidate must be able to work with foreign law-enforcement.
  • Candidate must have strong writing ability and be able to produce formal assessments, SOPs, reporting templates, policy/technical memoranda, monthly reports, and an end-of-TDY summary.
  • Candidate must be able to pass suitability screening and handle sensitive law-enforcement/intelligence information.

Preferred

Experience in West Africa, the Caribbean, Latin America, or maritime trafficking routes.

Experience helping turn interdictions into investigations.

Experience with financial intelligence, digital evidence, HUMINT leads, seizure exploitation, vessel tracking, communications exploitation, or target-package development.

Experience drafting SOPs, referral templates, reporting frameworks, or interagency information-sharing processes.
