Hardware Engineer

Our team in Haarlem is in need of a new colleague, who considers him or herself to be an expert in hardware development. You will be a key person for the development of our roadside traffic systems, and in that sense contribute to a better world in a very direct manner. You will join a team of highly skilled and motivated engineers, including electrical and mechanical expertise. Our team also consists of (embedded) software engineers with an international composition who are driven to serve our customers in the best way possible.

Description

You have proven experience with electrical design and knowledge of Circuit Board layout and design techniques.

Experience with AltiumDesigner is a pre.

You have knowledge on executing pre-compliance testing in house or compliance testing at external institutes (i.e. EMC, electrical safety, etc)

Experience with any programming language related to hardware is a pre

A good use of English is a must.

The team works according to the SCRUM method and you contribute to all the different aspects of this, including contributing to improving the way of working.

We ask for a bachelors or masters degree in computer science, mechatronics or a similar degree.
