As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will connect with individuals who have already reached out for assistance with IRS and tax debt concerns. Your role will be to listen, understand their unique circumstances, educate them on available options, and help guide them toward the right solution.

What You’ll Do

• Take inbound calls from individuals seeking tax relief assistance
• Build rapport and establish trust with prospective clients
• Conduct consultative sales conversations to identify client needs
• Explain available solutions and services clearly and confidently
• Handle objections and confidently close deals
• Achieve and exceed personal and team sales goals

In-office position

Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM One half-day Saturday per month
