Membership Sales / Customer Service job in where you can positively change the lives of clients in a meaningful way—while using initiative, problem-solving, and good judgment to keep things running smoothly.
Elements Massage is a wellness studio seeking an engaging, outgoing professional to lead membership sales and customer service for new and existing clients.

This role is best suited for someone who enjoys problem-solving and can confidently work independently once trained.

Have previous retail or customer service experience, ideally in a spa, wellness, or hospitality setting
Are comfortable with basic computer systems for scheduling and payment processing

What You'll Do
As the first and last point of contact, you play a vital role in creating an outstanding studio experience. Your responsibilities include:
Greeting clients warmly and tending to the visual presentation of the studio
Educating clients on the benefits of our Elements Wellness Program
Following a proven sales process
Answering phone calls and assisting with scheduling and general inquiries
Collaborating with managers and massage therapists to create a seamless and caring environment for every client
