This position transcends standard customer service. You will be directly responsible for delivering advanced technical insight, diagnostic assistance, and customized operational strategies straight to large-scale transport managers and certified automotive workshops throughout our global network.

Core Responsibilities & Workflow

As a Fleet Operations Consultant, your daily duties will include:

• Hybrid Schedule: Achieve a healthy balance between office culture and personal time with a weekly structure requiring four days at our high-tech Ghent corporate headquarters and one day working remotely.
• Premium Client Relations: Oversee high-priority incoming inquiries across phone networks and digital channels, strictly maintaining the enterprise's high benchmarks for safety and elite service quality.
