Supported by prominent market leaders and industry investors (such as Vonovia and Revent), we are broadening our geographic footprint. We are seeking a proactive, self-starting Construction Manager to take the reins of our project portfolio in the Hamburg area.

Core Responsibilities

In this role, you will hold ultimate accountability for our regional construction locations, championing strict quality guidelines, open transparency, and on-time milestones:

• Quality Auditing: Oversee all on-site craftsmanship to verify absolute compliance with architectural blueprints, technical specifications, and internal excellence metrics.
• Subcontractor Alignment: Liaise daily with specialized trade partners on the ground to proactively eliminate operational bottlenecks, disputes, and scheduling friction.
• Milestone Tracking: Closely monitor day-to-day operational schedules to keep overall project timelines firmly on track.
• Field Audits & Progress Updates: Conduct exhaustive weekly site walkthroughs, cataloging developments using descriptive reports and comprehensive photographic records.
• Snagging & Remediation: Detect, log, and monitor subcontractor faults while rigorously enforcing target dates for corrective actions.
• Paperless Administration: Archive all inspection logs and visual records via advanced digital project management software to maintain real-time operational transparency.

Candidate Profile

Educational Background & Experience

• Qualifications: A university degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or an equivalent technical field of study.
• Professional Background: 3 to 5 years of practical tenure in construction oversight, preferably centered around building refurbishment, structural engineering (Hochbau), or large-scale renovations.

• Digital Mastery: Exceptional tech literacy. You are highly proficient in Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, etc.) alongside modern site coordination platforms, and you are enthusiastic about transforming traditional building processes.
• Interpersonal Skills: Professional-level or native German (C1/C2) paired with an authoritative, clear, and diplomatic communication approach across all project stakeholders.
• Proactive Attitude: A robust, solutions-oriented work ethic and an entrepreneurial drive. You welcome a fast-moving startup climate where you can directly influence operational frameworks.
• Logistics: Possession of a clean, valid driver's license and a willingness to travel routinely to regional job sites.
