• Mechanical, mechatronic or related technician. - Experience in the automotive industry of 2 to 5 years. - Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word). - Knowledge in physics and mathematics. - Fundamentals of Engineering. - Knowledge of hydraulic systems. - Basic knowledge of programming language. Key Responsabilities
• Ensure correct operation of test and test benches to verify product performance and meet customer requirements. - Follow up on priorities on a daily basis in order to ensure customer satisfaction. - Support tryouts and release of new tests\tooling to ensure the correct execution of the tests. - Creation\update of operating and calibration instructions for test benches. - Ensure that there is a stock of tools on test benches in order to keep the test benches in operation. - Perform 5s on assigned test benches. - Carry out the correct filling out of the usage file for assigned test benches on a daily basis. - Notify anomalies or problems presented on test benches in a timely manner and provide support for their solution. - Follow up on part failure on assigned benches and provide root cause support. - Provide support with preventive and corrective maintenance within the assigned test benches. - Reporting and execution of the TPM program for assigned test benches.
