Senior Consultant

Key Responsibilities ● Architecture & Development Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end RPAsolutions aligning with Project Nimbus automation goals. ● Custom Coding Write clean, maintainable, and efficient custom scripts in Pythonand Java to extend standard RPA tool capabilities and handle complex datamanipulation. ● Integration Build and maintain seamless integrations between RPA workflows,internal legacy platforms, middleware, and modern API-based systems. ● Process Analysis Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to evaluate operational processes, determine automation feasibility, and map out detailed AS-IS and TO-BE workflows. ● Technical Leadership Mentor and support engineers on their deliverables. Acts as a self driven contributor producing out puts with minimal support ● Maintenance & Support Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot existing production bots to ensure high availability, handling exception management effectively. ● Documentation Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including Solution Design Documents (SDD) and Process Definition Documents (PDD).

Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills ● RPA Platforms Hands-on experience with leading RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism). ● Core Programming Strong proficiency in Python (for scripting, data processing, and libraries like Pandas/NumPy and TagUI) and Java (for enterprise-level object-oriented application logic). ● Database & API Integration Deep understanding of relational databases (SQL/Oracle) and experience consuming/building RESTful and SOAP APIs. ● Version Control Proficiency with Git or similar version control tools. ● Agile Methodologies Solid understanding of Scrum/Agile development workflows and tools like Jira. Soft Skills & Competencies ● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. ● Strong communication skills to interact effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders. ● Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and rapidly scale up on complex project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications ● Prior experience within the Banking or Financial Services (BFSI) domain. ● Familiarity with AI/ML integrations within RPA workflows (Intelligent Automation). ● Relevant RPA or platform certifications.
