WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Support Full Recruitment Process: end-to-end hiring, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessments, crafting offers, while delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.
• Source Top Talent: Identify active and passive candidates through diverse channels, including online platforms, internal databases, employee referrals, events, networking, and research.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Build strong relationships with business leaders to understand hiring needs, team goals, and deliver strategic hiring solutions.
• Ensure Seamless Onboarding: Work closely with People Operations to ensure a smooth hiring and onboarding process, helping new employees feel welcome and enabling a fast learning curve.

YOU CAN EASILY CHECK OFF…

• Minimum 2+ years proven in-house full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in an early stage SaaS business
• Extensive sourcing experience using Boolean searches, Linkedin, GitHub, etc
• Experience partnering with Hiring Managers and managing stakeholders, across all levels
• Proven expertise in high-level talent attraction through social media, recruitment campaigns, and networking capability
• Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Able to operate independently using critical judgement skills
