Job description

Responsibilities

You'll own SLA/MSLA production at Clone — running the machines, preparing files, dialing in settings, and keeping the whole process organized, repeatable, and steadily improving.

Production & print quality

  • Run day-to-day resin printing across a fleet of machines, from job setup through post-processing — washing, curing, and finishing.
  • Take part files from our engineers, prepare them for printing, and validate the support structures — whether auto-generated or manually placed — reworking them where the geometry, accuracy, or material calls for it.
  • Dial in print settings per material and per part, and troubleshoot failures down to root cause.

Machines, process & improvement

  • Keep the machines clean, calibrated, and well maintained, and keep the workspace orderly.
  • Work closely with engineers — providing clear feedback on methods, materials, and limitations, and delivering on what they need from the process.
  • Track jobs, materials, and outcomes so the process stays organized and repeatable.
  • Continuously improve the process — trial new resins, methods, and equipment, and push print quality and reliability forward.

Requirements

Above all, we're looking for deep, practical resin printing expertise paired with genuine care for the craft — someone who stays sharp on repetitive work, handles materials safely, and is always hunting for a better way.

Required

  • Deep, extensive hands-on experience with resin (SLA/MSLA) printing — this is the core of the role.
  • Experience across a range of machines, must include the Formlabs ecosystem and some of the low-cost ecosystems (Elegoo, Anycubic, or similar).
  • Experience across a broad range of resin chemistries — tough, rigid, high-temp, flexible, castable, and more.
  • Basic CAD and mesh-repair skills for prepping and tweaking files.
  • Experience maintaining and repairing printers — LCD/FEP replacement, calibration, and minor fixes.
  • Familiarity with slicer software beyond manufacturer defaults, such as Lychee or Chitubox.
  • A good sense for print accuracy and dimensional control — measuring output and compensating for shrinkage and tolerances.
  • A clear understanding of material properties — strength, stiffness, toughness, creep — and what a datasheet actually implies for a real part.
  • Ability to test and characterize resin properties when they aren't already specified — collecting and interpreting data such as coefficient of friction, abrasiveness, and similar practical measurements.
  • Diligence and focus — someone who stays sharp on a repetitive job and doesn't cut corners.
  • Cleanliness and care — handling resin safely and keeping machines and workspace in excellent condition.
  • An inquisitive, improvement-driven mindset — always looking for better materials, settings, and methods.

Bonus points

  • Familiarity with post-processing and finishing techniques beyond the basics — painting/coating prep, dyeing.
  • Experience with resin safety handling and disposal/regulatory best practices.
  • Experience with FDM printing as a complementary skill.
  • Basic understanding of injection molding or other manufacturing processes.
  • Experience keeping structured records or logs of print settings and outcomes across a fleet of machines.
  • Interest in humanoid robotics or mechatronics.

What We Offer

A chance to own a critical production process at a company building humanoid robots — with real autonomy, direct access to engineers, and room to shape how the work gets done.

  • Direct collaboration. Work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineers on real parts for real robots, with your feedback shaping how they design for print.
  • Room to improve. Freedom to trial new resins, methods, and equipment, and push print quality and reliability forward.
  • Compensation. B2B contract at 60–70 zł netto on the invoice + VAT.
  • Mission. Be part of a team building humanoid robotics from the ground up in Wrocław.
