Our client in the Professional Services industry is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to support the development, coordination, implementation, and ongoing management of digital marketing initiatives, digital channels, and social media platforms. This role is responsible for planning and executing integrated digital marketing campaigns, enhancing the organization's digital presence, optimizing user experience across digital channels, and leveraging analytics to improve campaign performance, engagement, and business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept through implementation.
- Design, deliver, and optimize digital marketing initiatives across email, web, display advertising, and social media platforms.
- Build, manage, and maintain the organization's organic and paid social media presence.
- Collaborate with business development and marketing teams to develop and implement high-impact digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage digital marketing activities across owned, earned, and paid media channels.
- Develop, update, and maintain website content to deliver an engaging user experience and showcase the organization's services.
- Oversee social media campaign planning and align content with the communications calendar.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance, including campaign effectiveness, ROI, and key performance indicators.
- Translate qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Identify digital trends, audience behaviors, and optimization opportunities to improve campaign performance and marketing spend.
- Evaluate end-to-end client experiences across multiple digital channels and touchpoints.
- Brief, manage, and collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and vendor partners to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Evaluate emerging digital technologies and recommend innovative solutions that enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Deliver internal training and guidance to enable employees to effectively leverage social media platforms.
- Maintain high standards for digital content quality, brand consistency, and user engagement.
- Continuously improve digital marketing strategies, processes, and performance through data-driven decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree (3-year) or equivalent qualification (NQF Level 7) in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field.
- Up to 5 years of experience in digital marketing, digital communications, or a related discipline.
- Experience supporting digital marketing initiatives within a professional services environment; legal industry experience is highly preferred.
- Experience with information technology applications and digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy, campaign management, and performance optimization.
- Experience managing websites, email marketing, display advertising, and social media platforms.
- Knowledge of content management principles and digital content lifecycle management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics, ROI, and campaign data to drive recommendations.
- Experience optimizing digital customer journeys across multiple channels and touchpoints.
- Strong understanding of paid, owned, and earned media strategies.
- Experience managing external agencies and vendor relationships.
- Familiarity with coding concepts is required.
- Programming knowledge is considered an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare reports, presentations, specifications, and training materials.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and build productive working relationships.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with emerging digital marketing technologies and industry trends.
