Job description

As a Product Manager for Agentic Commerce at Sana Commerce, you will be driving the AI-native and Agentic commerce capabilities on our B2B commerce platform, delivering commercial value through AI to our customers and users. You will operate as an empowered product builder, where leadership sets the context, you own the outcome.

What you will own

  • An AI-native product area end to end: discovery, specification, evaluation, delivery, and adoption — not just the product capability, but the commercial result it produces.
  • Where AI and agents are applied, for whom, and within what scope, deciding where AI amplifies commercial value for the customer and where it does not belong.
  • The quality bar for non-deterministic behaviour: how good product behaviour is defined, measured, gated before release, and improved over time.
  • The translation of a human workflow into an AI- or agent-driven one, including where a human must stay in control.

What you will bring

  • 3+ years in product management with a track record of shipping products with proven commercial value.
  • AI-native across the SDLC. Fluent with agentic building and AI tooling, using it to accelerate discovery, specification, prototyping, evaluation, and delivery — applied with judgement, not indiscriminately.
  • At least one AI-powered product taken from zero to production and owned outright — a real product in users’ hands, not a demo.
  • (Preferred) Experience building agentic or agent-facing products — agents, tools, and the systems that let software act on a user’s behalf — alongside shipping customer-facing AI products.
  • Working fluency in evaluation: you can scope an eval set, read an offline metric honestly, and explain why something that demos well can still fail in production.
  • Enough technical depth to discuss model trade-offs, latency, tools, and data requirements with engineers without needing first-principles explanations.
  • Domain (preferred). Experience on a B2C or B2B commerce, or a marketplace platform.

What you must show to apply:

This role has one hard requirement: evidence something we can see and use — that you have built AI products with real commercial value.

  • Required. A customer- or user-facing AI product you built where AI amplifies the product’s commercial value — driving high-value use cases and real customer outcomes, not AI for the sake of technology.

  • Strongly preferred. A product where you built agentic capabilities: agents that autonomously execute actions a human would otherwise perform and apply judgment and reasoning to decisions.

Evidence means a working product, prototype, or live demo — a public URL, a running solution, or a video of something you built. Screenshots or a written description alone do not qualify. If you cannot showcase a product from prior experience,  you are welcome to build something that demonstrates the above. Not that this is an eligibility criterion, not a case study to be solved.

Applications without demonstrable evidence of a product or prototype you built will not be reviewed.

Job descriptions can be tough to interpret. Even if you may not tick all the boxes, please explain your motivation for the role of Product Manager – Agentic Commerce in a cover letter; we strongly encourage you to apply if you still feel like you are a great match for this role.
