• 了解关键决策者行为驱动力和未满足需求
• 确定针对关键决策者的互动目标
• 客户互动与行为影响
• 与关键决策者搭建并持续维护客户关系
• 通过客户互动活动与谈判，影响并说服关键决策者
• 设计院企合作项目或搭建合作平台
