Job description

ACG_3117_JOB Our client is a leading real estate institution that is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm. Investment Management Concentrate on identifying residential investment opportunities and exploring new business sectors such as Logistics and Industrial Park markets that present long-term growth potential. Source, assess, negotiate, and execute residential development investment projects in emerging markets. Oversee tasks related to land acquisition, regulatory approvals, and preparation of cash flow projections. Lead the progression of new business opportunities, particularly in residential development, including evaluation, negotiation, and implementation of investments. Conduct thorough feasibility assessments for potential projects, incorporating detailed market research and due diligence. Develop detailed Business Plans, including financial evaluations, for submission and approval by the Board. Support strategic planning for residential projects within the portfolio. Manage additional responsibilities such as land and approval matters, cash flow forecasting, and asset reporting. Portfolio Management Oversee the Company’s asset portfolio spanning residential, office, retail, and serviced apartment properties. Track project timelines, legal compliance, budgets, cash flow, and returns, taking a leadership role in resolving project-related challenges. Establish, monitor, and control key performance metrics across departments during project phases to maximize ROE and profitability. Facilitate project control meetings and coordinate cross-departmental collaboration throughout planning, development, and operational stages. Initiate measures to enhance the financial performance of individual projects. Plan and forecast portfolio growth strategies for the Company. Identify and engage external investors and establish new private equity funds, while monitoring and reporting fund performance. Additional Responsibilities Mentor and develop junior team members in investment evaluation and management techniques. Perform other related duties as assigned. Ensure compliance with the Company’s Environmental Management System (ISO 14001) as well as its Environment, Health, and Safety Management protocols. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, or a closely related field. Minimum of 6 years’ experience in residential property investment and development, with strong knowledge of property valuation methods. Established relationships with local authorities and investors. Strong numerical ability, strategic mindset, and proficient analytical skills, including familiarity with financial modeling tools. Highly motivated, driven by business instincts, and proactive in approach. Excellent interpersonal skills combined with effective problem-solving capabilities.
