Job description
Accountabilities: The Marketing Strategy Manager will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing programs designed to accelerate growth, strengthen market presence, and generate measurable business outcomes. This role requires ownership of go-to-market planning, campaign performance, vertical marketing strategies, and competitive insights while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business goals.
- Develop and manage annual marketing plans aligned with organizational growth objectives.
- Create quarterly go-to-market strategies tailored to priority industries and customer segments.
- Identify target markets, evaluate growth opportunities, and prioritize marketing initiatives.
- Lead vertical marketing strategies across industries such as Aviation, Education, Commercial, Industrial, Sports, and Entertainment.
- Build vertical playbooks including positioning, messaging frameworks, campaign approaches, and market insights.
- Develop and execute integrated multi-channel campaigns across digital platforms, email, content marketing, and social media.
- Own lead generation strategies focused on increasing qualified pipeline opportunities.
- Manage social media strategy and execution to maintain consistent brand positioning and engagement.
- Create and maintain campaign calendars while monitoring performance across marketing initiatives.
- Develop account-based marketing programs for strategic accounts and support client retention initiatives.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with customer priorities and business objectives.
- Plan and execute event and trade show strategies, including preparation, participation, and post-event follow-up.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.
- Develop competitive intelligence resources, including market analysis and sales enablement materials.
- Support thought leadership initiatives through strategic content planning and development.
- Monitor marketing KPIs, optimize campaigns, and provide reporting on performance, ROI, and business impact.
- Track key success metrics including marketing-sourced pipeline, marketing-influenced revenue, MQL quality, campaign effectiveness, and vertical growth.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is an experienced marketing strategist with a strong background in B2B growth marketing, campaign execution, and go-to-market planning. The successful candidate will combine analytical thinking with creative execution and demonstrate the ability to connect marketing initiatives with measurable business results.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5–8+ years of experience in marketing strategy, product marketing, growth marketing, or related roles.
- Experience developing and executing marketing strategies within service-based or B2B environments preferred.
- Strong understanding of demand generation, digital marketing, campaign management, and performance tracking.
- Proven ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable marketing programs and measurable outcomes.
- Experience managing multi-channel campaigns across digital, email, content, social media, and events.
- Strong knowledge of market research, competitive analysis, and positioning strategies.
- Ability to develop messaging frameworks, marketing materials, and sales enablement resources.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong storytelling abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data and KPIs to optimize marketing performance.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
