Job Description

Ocean Blue River Limited, trading as Hilan Chinese Restaurant, is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.

Main Duties

• Prepare, cook and present high-quality dishes.
• Manage a designated section of the kitchen.
• Ensure food hygiene and HACCP standards are maintained.
• Monitor food quality and portion control.
• Assist with stock control and food ordering.
• Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a busy kitchen environment.
• Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
