At this point, Zelh is looking for an experienced and proactive Sourcer to join our recruitment team and support high-volume hiring needs across key logistics functions. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying talent for roles such as Carrier Sales, Load Coverage, Track & Trace , and select Engineering positions. You’ll work in close collaboration with Recruiters to ensure a consistent flow of qualified candidates across multiple geographies, particularly Ukraine and Eastern Europe .
Key Responsibilities
Source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and innovative sourcing methods
Conduct screening conversations to assess candidates’ qualifications and match for specific logistics roles
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for high-priority and recurring roles
Cultivate and manage relationships with professionals in the logistics and supply chain industry
Collaborate closely with Recruiters to present top candidates and support the coordination of interview processes
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the ATS
Keep informed of market trends in logistics and supply chain hiring across the region
