What You'll Do

As a Mitigation Technician, you'll be the first responder when disaster strikes.

Your responsibilities include

• Water damage mitigation
• Structural drying
• Fire and smoke mitigation
• Emergency board-ups and tarping
• Mold remediation
• Asbestos and lead abatement (where certified)
• Carpet cleaning and specialty cleaning
• Equipment setup and monitoring
• Moisture documentation
• Customer communication and education
• Maintaining company vehicles and equipment
• Supporting warehouse operations when needed
• Participating in the on-call rotation

Every day is different. You'll work alongside an experienced team restoring homes and businesses after water, fire, mold, storm, and other property losses.

Current IICRC certifications are highly valued, including

• WRT
• ASD
• AMRT
• FSRT
• OCT
• TCST

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 75 lbs frequently
• Comfortable working after hours, weekends, and participating in the on-call rotation
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Basic computer and smartphone skills
