What you’ll do
- Conduct business process discovery to understand customer objectives, challenges and desired outcomes
- Analyse existing operational workflows and identify opportunities for process reimagination and digital transformation
- Translate customer business problems into clear solution requirements and scalable product solutions
- Develop solution concepts, process flows, storyboards and value propositions
- Support customer workshops, product demonstrations and proofs of concept
- Act as the bridge between Sales, Product, Engineering and Customer Delivery teams
What you’ll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline
- 2–5 years’ experience in business analysis, solution consulting, presales, digital transformation or enterprise technology
- Experience working with SaaS, cloud-based platforms or digital workflow solutions
- Experience supporting customer discovery, solution design, demonstrations or proofs of concept
- Strong business analysis, problem-solving and process-mapping skills
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders
