About the Role

As an Entry-Level Sales Representative , you'll connect with prospective and existing clients through scheduled virtual appointments, helping them understand available benefit options and guiding them through the enrollment process. You'll receive hands-on coaching, structured training, and ongoing mentorship from experienced leaders while developing valuable skills in communication, customer service, and consultative sales.

What You'll Do

Meet with prospective and existing clients through scheduled virtual appointments

Learn about each client's needs and recommend appropriate benefit options

Provide clear, professional, and personalized service throughout the client experience

Answer questions and assist clients with the enrollment process

Build long-term client relationships through trust and exceptional customer service

Maintain organized and accurate client records using CRM systems and digital tools

Participate in virtual onboarding, training sessions, coaching, and team meetings

Work toward performance goals while continuing to develop professionally
