Position Overview

Sales Associates deliver exceptional customer service by anticipating and responding to customer needs, maintaining an outgoing, stylish, and helpful demeanor. They remain approachable and warm, demonstrating strong awareness of the store environment, and confidently initiate genuine, articulate conversations to build meaningful connections while keeping the customer as the top priority. They exhibit relatable, confident, and highly social behaviors on the sales floor that contribute to successfully closing sales.

This position is located in Staten Island, New York.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, engaging service.
• Assist customers with product selection, sizing, and styling suggestions.
• Operate cash register and process transactions accurately.
• Maintain store appearance, including folding, restocking, and organizing merchandise.
• Support visual merchandising and store displays.
• Keep fitting rooms clean and organized.
• Meet sales goals and promote store products.
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and loss prevention guidelines.

Requirements

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks (folding, stocking, lifting light items).
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn brand standards and product knowledge.
• Must be able to follow store policies and dress code guidelines.

Pay Range

USD $17.00 - USD $17.00 /Hr.
