What You'll Do

As the Director of Student Services, you'll provide strategic leadership for one of the most important departments within our organization, ensuring every youth receives exceptional care from admission through successful transition.

You'll lead the vision, operations, and performance of Student Services while inspiring multidisciplinary teams to deliver outstanding outcomes.

In this role, you will

  • Provide leadership for Student Services, including Case Management, Education, Behavioral Health, Transitioning, and Volunteer/Intern programs
  • Build, mentor, coach, and develop high-performing leaders and staff while cultivating a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing standards, accreditation requirements, agency policies, and regulatory expectations.
  • Manage departmental staffing plans, operational resources, and performance metrics.
  • Partner with placing agencies, licensing representatives, community stakeholders, and families to ensure exceptional service and successful student outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree
  • Minimum five years of leadership experience in residential treatment, juvenile justice, behavioral health, education, or human services
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and complex operations
  • Strong understanding of evidence-based programming, student services, and regulatory compliance
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Preferred Experience
  • Residential treatment or juvenile justice leadership
  • Behavioral health or clinical program oversight
  • Licensing, accreditation, and quality assurance
  • Organizational development and staff coaching

Work Life Balance

This full-time leadership position typically follows a five-day-on, two-day-off schedule, with flexibility to meet the needs of the program. Evening and weekend availability may occasionally be required.
