Digitas — The Networked Experience Agency.

Job Description

Are you a commercially minded analytics leader who loves turning complex data into clear, actionable insight?

At Digitas, we believe data should do more than measure performance, it should shape strategy, unlock growth, and help brands make smarter decisions. We’re looking for a Data Analytics Lead to join our Intelligence team and play a key role in delivering best in class reporting, analytics, and data led recommendations across high-profile brand work.

This is a highly visible role where you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across data, technology, CRM, media, strategy, and delivery. You’ll help design scalable reporting ecosystems, build meaningful insight narratives, and translate complex analytics into commercial recommendations that influence decision-making.

If you’re someone who can connect data to business outcomes, think beyond reporting, and bring stakeholders on the journey, this could be a brilliant next step.

What you’ll do

As our Data Analytics Lead, you’ll take ownership of analytics solutions that help teams and stakeholders access reliable, clear, and actionable insights.

You’ll be responsible for

  • Leading the design, delivery, and optimisation of reporting and analytics solutions
  • Turning complex data into clear insights, recommendations, and growth opportunities
  • Building dashboards, reporting frameworks, and automated solutions that are easy to use and scale
  • Designing KPI frameworks and measurement approaches that support business decision-making
  • Conducting advanced analysis across marketing performance, customer lifecycle, segmentation, attribution, incrementality, forecasting, and experimentation
  • Presenting insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and compelling way
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to embed data-led thinking into strategy and campaign optimisation
  • Championing data quality, governance, documentation, and best-practice reporting standards
  • Exploring emerging analytics approaches, automation, AI-enabled tools, and modern data technologies

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for someone who is both technically strong and commercially curious. You’ll be confident working with data, but just as comfortable translating findings into plain English and influencing decisions.

You’ll likely bring

  • Around 6+ years’ experience in data analytics, reporting, insights, or marketing analytics
  • Advanced SQL skills and experience querying complex data sets
  • Strong experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
  • Experience designing dashboards, reporting ecosystems, and self-serve analytics solutions
  • A solid understanding of data modelling, reporting architecture, and analytics workflows
  • Experience with marketing measurement, attribution, incrementality, A/B testing, segmentation, forecasting, or customer lifecycle analysis
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • The ability to turn technical analysis into clear commercial recommendations
  • A curious, consultative mindset and the confidence to respectfully challenge thinking where needed
  • An interest in emerging analytics tools, AI-enabled technologies, automation, predictive modelling, or machine learning

We welcome candidates from a range of backgrounds who bring strong analytical capability, commercial curiosity, and fresh perspectives.

What makes this role exciting

This is an opportunity to step into a senior individual contributor role where data and analytics are central to the work.

You’ll be part of an Intelligence team that brings together analysts and strategists, helping transform insight into action.

You’ll have the chance to work on meaningful brand challenges, influence strategy, and build analytics solutions that create real impact.

You’ll also have the opportunity to

  • Work with leading brands and high-profile marketing programmes
  • Grow your strategic, commercial, and stakeholder leadership capability
  • Help shape scalable analytics practices and reporting standards
  • Collaborate with talented people across Publicis Groupe ANZ
  • Explore modern analytics, automation, and AI-enabled ways of working
  • Build visibility across the agency and broader Groupe network
  • Work in a flexible environment that supports collaboration, connection, and great work
