Our Business Management Trainee Program is designed for recent graduates, career changers, and ambitious professionals who want to grow into leadership roles while developing expertise in business management, marketing, event coordination, and nonprofit outreach.
We partner with nonprofit organizations, advocacy groups, and purpose-driven brands to increase awareness, strengthen community engagement, and support impactful initiatives. Through live events, grassroots marketing, and face-to-face outreach campaigns, our team connects with communities to inspire action and create positive change.
What You’ll Do
As a Business Management Trainee , you’ll participate in a hands-on development program focused on leadership, operations, and campaign execution.
Your responsibilities will include
- Participate in paid leadership training, mentorship, and professional development programs
- Coordinate and support fundraising, marketing, and community outreach events
- Assist with event planning, logistics, staffing, and on-site execution
- Build and maintain relationships with community partners and event locations
- Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and mentoring of new team members
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to improve outreach strategies
- Develop skills in team leadership, communication, client relations, and business operations
- Represent nonprofit and client partners with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity
