As a Security Officer Patrol Access Control in Phoenix, AZ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including entrances, parking areas, hallways, and perimeter areas, helping to identify unusual activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, helping to support authorized entry procedures and directing people to the appropriate department or contact when needed.
• Assist with de-escalation support, crowd management, and other security-related duties during busy periods, medical situations, and/or after-hours operations.

Minimum Requirements

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
