Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon - Northwest Arkansas
About the Position
An established, multi-location oral and maxillofacial surgery practice in Northwest Arkansas is seeking a skilled and patient-focused Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to join its growing team in Fayetteville, Arkansas . This opportunity offers the chance to practice in a modern, high-volume surgical environment supported by an experienced clinical and administrative team, allowing you to focus on delivering outstanding patient care.

Position Highlights
- Full-time schedule (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM)
- Established referral base with strong patient demand
- Modern surgical suites equipped with advanced technology, including CBCT imaging
- Fully supported by experienced RNs, Registered Dental Assistants, and a dedicated business operations team
- Focus on comprehensive oral and maxillofacial surgery, including:
- Third molar and complex extractions
- Dental implant placement
- Bone grafting and ridge preservation
- IV sedation and anesthesia
- Facial trauma management
- Dentoalveolar surgery
- Clinical autonomy with the support of an experienced regional network of specialists
- Candidates relocating to Arkansas and those requiring licensure are encouraged to apply
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited U.S. dental school
- Completion of an accredited U.S. Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency
- Arkansas dental license (or eligibility to obtain)
- DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain)

Compensation & Benefits
- $2,500 daily guarantee during the initial guarantee period (or a higher percentage of collections, whichever is greater)
- Initial guarantee period of 3-12 months , based on experience and transition needs
- $20,000 signing bonus
