Job description
We are seeking a dedicated Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation and a passion for creating delicious dishes.
Duties
- Assist in menu planning and preparation of various dishes
- Cook and prepare food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations
- Must be able to maintain the kitchen at all times.
- Must have strong sense of urgency
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or catering environment or high-volume breakfast experience
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology
- Familiarity with dining standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen setting
- Certification in food safety is required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Cleaning and maintaining is a top priority
