The Role:
As the Marketing Activations Manager, you will lead HOKA brand activations and event production initiatives in France, driving business growth and brand awareness while deepening relationships within the HOKA ecosystem. You will own the vision, strategy, and execution of lifestyle-focused brand and wholesale activations for France & Benelux, positioning Paris as a strategic flagship city. You’ll align omni-channel business objectives with local and EMEA teams to elevate HOKA.com and deliver impactful activations.
Your Impact:
- Lead regional brand activations and lifestyle initiatives across France & Benelux, elevating HOKA as a premium brand beyond performance
- Independently manage, monitor, and report on marketing initiatives
- Strategically align activation calendars with marketing strategy
- Develop, plan, and implement comprehensive category activation concepts in a global context
- Lead lifestyle activations, including Paris Fashion Week and other cultural opportunities
- Establish and develop structures and processes for activations
- Build consumer experiences through key city projects, accelerating brand engagement and business growth
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including tracking marketing spends, executional plans, monthly reports, showroom materials, and presentations
- Host regular reviews with the local team on initiatives and results
- Build strong relationships with the HOKA ecosystem and source a network of partners (creative, agencies, etc.)
- Guide the creative development team to align with brand DNA

- Holds a marketing or related degree or equivalent experience
- Previous managerial experience
- Understands the value of branding and presenting it at its best in store and online
- Innovative and strives to deliver ideas outside the box but aligned with commercial objectives
- Resilient under pressure and relentless in delivering plans and maximizing profit
