Job Description

Summary:

The Program & Project Management team coordinates and lead the delivery of cross-functional programs involving Agile software development teams in Germany, Poland, the U.S., and India. You have strong communication and meeting facilitation skills, a persistent drive for completion and process improvement, and an ability to clearly present information for decisions and approvals.

The MES (Manufacturing Execution System) team is looking for a Project Manager who can manage projects and diverse programmes in growth engine. Plex MES is a cloud-based product within the Rockwell Automation portfolio with multiple programs that enhance on capabilities available to customers including AI initiatives that enable productivity and efficiency from its comprehensive platform. Your initial focus will focus on these Plex initiatives, but you may also involve yourself in other software projects across the Software and Controls department, especially when India development teams involve themselves. You will report to Program Design Manager and will be based in Hinjewadi working in hybrid.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage project resourcing, schedules, scope, risks, issues, security requirements, and annual planning for programme areas.
• Tracks artifacts and facilitates Security compliance, SOC2/ISO auditing.
• Manage project financials including monthly forecasting and actuals including facilitating/validating SOWs, invoices, good receipts, etc.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
• 7+ years of professional experience with 5 years in program/project management.
• 1+ years Cloud / SaaS software industry.

• Flexibility to work in the evening when necessary, due to the global nature of the teams involved.
• A leader and collaborator that can pull together a team around a well-developed and a well understood plan of delivery.
• Customer empathy as demonstrated in day-to-day advocacy of the customer experience.
• Organise and lead/influence teams without direct reporting relationships.
• Effective communicator that has the ability to tailor the message to the audience from executives to engineering teams.
• Comfortable navigating and working within strong cross-functional groups and matrixed team environments.
• Proven track record of problem-solving ranging from conceptualization to implementation.
• Analyze data, make recommendations, and communicate information.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

• PMP or equivalent desired.
