Staff Electrical Engineer 2

T&M Associates is seeking an Electrical Engineer/Designer with 3-5 years of experience to join our MEP team in New Jersey. The ideal candidate will have experience contributing to the design of electrical systems for commercial, institutional, and residential facilities and is looking to continue developing technical skills and project responsibility within a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities:
• Support and contribute to the design of electrical systems for commercial, institutional, and residential projects
• Prepare drawings, calculations, and construction documents
• Participate in project meetings and coordinate with project teams
• Perform field surveys and assist with construction administration
• Apply applicable codes and standards to design work

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
• 3-5 years of building electrical systems design experience
• AutoCAD proficiency required; Revit experience preferred
• EIT preferred or on track to obtain
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks

T&M estimates that the salary range for this position will fall between $80,000 - $103,000. The actual salary offered may vary within this range, depending on a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, educational qualifications, specific skills and knowledge, as well as internal pay equity and geographic location.
