Sr. Test Automation Engineer

Overview:

7+ Years of experience in test automation using ROBOT/BDD/Cucumber/Selenium including preparation of Test Scenarios and Test Cases, Test Execution, Test Results Reporting, Defect Reporting and other activities of testing with concentration on requirements analysis. ServiceNOW hands on / Know how is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Should have worked in a highly dynamic AGILE environment and participated in scrum and sprint meetings.

Should be collaboratively working with Onshore and Offshore with colleagues.

Should have Developed BDD tests using Cucumber by writing behaviors and step definitions in Selenium support code in JAVA for Cucumber.

Should be able to debug the test scripts & fixing the error in the test scripts using the eclipse.

Should be analyzing the reports and fix the required defects for the framework

Check ‿ In the all scripts into the GIT and resolve any conflicts.

Prepared selenium web driver scripts with TestNG , Configured Maven for JAVA automation projects and developed Maven project object model (POM).

Should be familiar with different automation frameworks like Page Object, Data Driven Framework, KDF, Hybrid

Key Competencies & Skills:

Selenium / Core Java

BDD / Cucumber / Gherkin ‿ hands on experience in writing feature files from user stories. Creating Step definition files and reports.

CICD tool like Jenkins.

Git/GitHub, Continuous integration using maven & Jenkins.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills coupled with effective communication.
