I am looking for a talented editor to turn my raw cooking footage into viral, high-retention YouTube Shorts and TikToks. I post consistently and am looking for a long-term partner who understands "Retention Editing."

The Style:

Fast-Paced: Snappy jump cuts with zero dead air.

The "Hook": Start every video with a 1-2 second "money shot" of the final dish.

Dynamic Captions: "Hormozi-style" captions that pop on screen with highlighted keywords.

Sound Design: Enhanced cooking SFX (sizzling, chopping, plating) to create an ASMR feel.

Deliverables:

Format: Vertical (9:16).

Length: 30–60 seconds.

Quantity: 3-4 shorts per month

Budget:

Fixed Price: $20 per finished Short.

This is a recurring role for the right editor who can help grow the channel's engagement.
