Lead Full-Stack Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Full-Stack Engineer to be part of our distributed team. In this role, you will create scalable, cloud-native applications and incorporate AI-driven functionalities into our flagship product.

What You'll Be Doing:
• Design and implement microservices leveraging Node.js and Python.
• Develop dynamic frontend interfaces using React or Next.js.
• Integrate and optimize LLMs (OpenAI/Anthropic) through APIs.
• Oversee cloud infrastructure management with Terraform or Kubernetes on AWS or Azure.
• Conduct code reviews with an emphasis on security-first development practices.

What You Need to Succeed:
• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• AI Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot) to enhance efficiency.
• Communication Skills: Outstanding written English for clear documentation and effective collaboration on platforms like Slack.
• Technical Skills: Mastery of TypeScript, SQL, and expertise in at least one backend language (Go, Python, or Java).
