Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Associate Attorney with an existing transferable practice to join our dynamic legal team. We are open to considering senior associates who are able to provide expert legal counsel across a diverse range of practice areas, including estate planning, family law, criminal defense, personal injury law, and corporate transactions and litigation. Your expertise will support the firm’s commitment to delivering comprehensive legal solutions to our clients. Compensation range will be based on your receipts generated and is limited only by your initiative and production. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your broad legal knowledge while honing your negotiation skills and contributing to impactful cases.

Duties
• Draft and review a wide variety of legal documents including pleadings, contracts, memoranda, and client correspondence with clarity and precision
• Provide expert advice on estate planning strategies, family law matters, criminal defense, personal injury cases, and litigation processes
• Assist in negotiations with opposing counsel or stakeholders to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
• Manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining meticulous records of case progress and documentation
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff within the law office to ensure seamless case management and client communication
• Stay current on evolving laws and regulations across multiple practice areas to ensure compliance and effective advocacy

Qualifications
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with active bar admission in relevant jurisdiction(s)
• Proven experience in multiple practice areas such as estate planning, family law, criminal law, personal injury law, or corporate transactions and litigation
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to produce clear and persuasive legal documents
• Demonstrated ability in legal drafting across various types of documents and agreements
• Experience in legal administrative tasks including case management and documentation organization
• Effective negotiation skills with a track record of achieving positive client outcomes
