Software Tester/QA Analyst 3 (Local to VA Candidates)

Onsite || Richmond, VA

Summary:

Lead QA strategy and testing efforts to deliver high-quality software. Work closely with development, product, and business teams to ensure system readiness and minimize risk.

Responsibilities:
• Define QA strategy and lead testing (functional, integration, regression, UAT)
• Manage test plans, cases, and defect tracking
• Coordinate QA across teams and vendors
• Ensure test coverage aligns with requirements
• Oversee test environments, data, and release readiness
• Provide go/no-go recommendations

Requirements:
• 5+ years QA experience, 2+ years as QA Lead
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Waterfall
• Experience with test tools & automation
• UAT leadership and stakeholder collaboration
• Healthcare domain experience preferred

• Detail-oriented, ability to manage priorities
