Healthcare QA Analyst - Local Richmond, VA.

Location: Richmond, VA 23225 (100% onsite) .

Duration: 10+ Months

Interview: In-person only

Pay: $40/hr all-inclusive

Join our team as a Healthcare QA Analyst in Richmond, VA. This in-person role supports critical healthcare software initiatives, focusing on quality assurance leadership for reliable system delivery. Local candidates preferred due to mandatory in-person interviews.

Required Qualifications

5+ years software testing/QA experience; 2+ years in QA Lead/Test Lead role.

3+ years SDLC/Agile/Waterfall; hands-on with test management/defect tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM).

2+ years automated testing frameworks; 3+ years leading UAT/stakeholder collaboration.

2+ years healthcare domain experience.

Local to Richmond, VA; available for in-person interviews.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute QA strategy across projects, including test planning, functional/integration/system/regression/UAT, and reporting.

Develop/maintain test plans, cases, scripts, traceability matrices; manage defect tracking and resolution with dev teams.

Coordinate QA with internal teams/vendors, ensure requirements-test coverage alignment, and oversee test environments/data.

Lead UAT with business stakeholders, provide risk assessments, and advise on release readiness/go-no-go decisions.

Establish QA standards, best practices, and governance in Agile/Waterfall environments.
