• Handle complex commercial litigation disputes including breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and business tort claims

• Represent clients in shareholder, member, and partnership disputes

• Litigate matters involving commercial agreements, UCC claims, secured transactions, and commercial lease disputes

• Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and litigation briefs

• Conduct depositions and motion practice in complex commercial litigation matters

• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trial proceedings

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and provide litigation strategy guidance

• Manage case strategy, discovery processes, and litigation timelines

• Collaborate with litigation teams to ensure efficient handling of complex disputes
