Needed: Camera Operator/Videographer for YouTube Filming (Fast-Moving, Flexible Style) – London

I’m looking for a camera operator to help film YouTube videos in a fast-moving, flexible shooting style. The shoots are fairly dynamic, so the role suits someone who’s comfortable working quickly, adapting on the fly, and capturing interesting moments as they happen.

Ideally, you’ve got enough experience to work proactively rather than waiting for direction. That means making good decisions about where to position yourself, anticipating moments worth capturing, and knowing when a shot should be redone or approached differently to make the footage stronger.

This isn’t a heavily directed setup — I’m looking for someone with good instincts who can think visually and help make sure we capture the best possible moments during filming.

This is an ongoing project, with multiple videos needing to be filmed each month, so I’m ideally looking for someone interested in a longer-term working relationship.

Requirements

Experience filming in documentary-style, fast-paced, or similar dynamic environments

Good instincts for framing and capturing authentic moments

Confidence making decisions while shooting

London-based (SW London preferred)
