Job Description
Requirements:
• Strong project manager experiences leading IT implementations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Track and manage milestones and deliverables with the technology vendor and project team members, ensuring they stay on track as per the project plan.
• Ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously.
• Comfortable presenting to executive leadership, including the ability to deliver unpleasant news in a timely manner.
• Able to work with and manage business and technical project team members.
• Work with vendors and ensure work being delivered aligns with contractual details.
• Track and mitigate risks and issues.
• Manage project based on Customer''s IT PMO project governance.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Able to lead and manage the project with minimal supervision.
• Complete weekly status reports
• Assist in the facilitation of monthly Steering Committee meetings including the creation of the steering committee decks. Must be able to distill information so that executives can understand.
• Prior GxP experience highly preferred
• Financial management experience required. Must be able to complete monthly financial updates to track actuals and accruals against the budget forecast. Will be responsible for creating and managing purchase orders and associated invoices in SAP.
Additional Requirements:
• We do have some projects where Pharmacovigilance experience is highly preferred.
