Pay: $120,000-$140,000, 15% potential bonus

Position Summary
The Senior Manager, Program Management will support the planning and execution of Phase 1, 2, and 3 clinical development programs and play a key role in cross-functional coordination across clinical, regulatory, CMC, QA, and external partners. This role also supports contract execution and vendor management activities, working closely with legal, finance, and cross-functional leads. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, highly organized, proactive, and thrives in a hands-on startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage cross-functional planning and execution of Phase 1–3 clinical programs, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, risk registers, and issue tracking tools
• Coordinate team meetings and ensure follow-up on action items
• Track program budgets and forecasts with finance and functional leads
• Prepare program updates for senior leadership
• Support selection, onboarding, and management of external CROs, vendors, and consultants
• Coordinate contract activities (SOWs, change orders, and amendments)
• Track vendor deliverables and ensure performance
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and external vendors
• Identify, track, and escalate program risks and mitigation plans
• Support cross-functional decision-making and governance
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, chemistry, chemical engineering, or related field required; advanced degree preferred
• 7–10 years of biopharmaceutical industry experience, including at least 5 years in program management
• Experience with global clinical trials preferred
• Advanced proficiency with portfolio/program management tools
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter, comfortable in a startup setting with evolving priorities
• Flexible for swing hours to support global team activities
