Join our dynamic team supporting a Government client in Rosslyn, VA, as a Business Systems Analyst III. In this vital role, you'll develop innovative business strategies, enhance system performance, and serve as a key liaison between business and IT functions-all contributing to impactful government initiatives. Your expertise will directly influence how the organization improves efficiency, enhances customer satisfaction, and manages technological risks.
Required Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, IT, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with project management expertise at a senior level
• Proven experience in Business Process Modeling
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with stakeholders and teams
• Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret metrics and derive insights
• Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding user expectations
• Problem-solving and analytical capabilities to address complex issues creatively
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in developing and executing SQL or Python queries
Nice to Have Skills:
• Knowledge of cloud environments
• Familiarity with Databricks
• Experience with Microsoft Visio and Access
Preferred Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required; advanced degrees are a plus
• Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in business analysis and project management
• Prior experience supporting government or federal agencies a plus
Other Requirements:
• Must be able to obtain a Position of Public Trust Clearance
• US Citizenship is mandatory
• Must have resided in the US for the last 5 years and not traveled outside the US for more than 6 months in the past 5 years
• Location: Arlington, VA, with the flexibility to telework 1 day per week
