Expert 3D UI / Game UI Designer for Premium Digital Display (Empty Frames UI Kit)

I am building a dynamic digital display system (Synagogue/Traditional style) and I need a high-end, realistic 3D User Interface built from scratch.

Since I will be rendering all the text dynamically via CSS, I DO NOT need any text, typography, or flat graphics. I need a modular "UI Kit" of completely empty 3D frames and backgrounds.

Style & Technical Requirements:
• ** Premium 3D Skeuomorphic Style:** Realistic 3D shiny gold borders, polished textures, and clean off-white/cream inner panels with subtle depth/shadows for maximum text readability.
• ** Empty Inner Spaces:** The inside of the text frames must be completely empty, clean, and distraction-free.
• ** Deliverables:** Fully layered organized source files (PSD or Figma) AND high-resolution 4K PNG exports of the empty frames/elements.

Project Scope:

I need the core UI elements and 3 to 4 layout variations using them:

1. A master two-column layout.

2. A single full-screen frame layout.

3. A layout with smaller sub-panels.

4. Matching 3D thematic icons (e.g., a 7-branch Menorah).
